This question is mainly for the true romantics of cricket, who live by each ball and enjoy the nuances more than the results.

My personal choice woulde be: A fast bowler running in over the wicket, delivers a vicious short ball just outside the off stump to a right hander, a sharp lateral movement resulting in an edge caught at first slip.

Best performed by Dale Steyn and Glenn McGrath and Mitchell Johnson

These are my favorite sights on a cricket field:
  • Flying Fielders:
Can you guess who’s the fielder in below image?
Jonty Rhodes (The Man who re-defined the art of fielding)
Girls have reservation in this category too.

  • Gentleman Moments:
Last but not least, these pictures depict/derive that Cricket is still a gentleman’s game.
After NZ win 2015 WC Semi-Final(Read the statement given by Steyn):

  • When Raina tied shoe-lace of DJ Bravo:
  • When Trott ran towards Dravid, took his cap off and shook hand with him on Dravid’s last ODI:
  • When Ponting said to Dravid, ”Don't let them wear you down, don't let them get you down.”
  • Picture says it all:
  • Sangakkara silently clapping, smiling after India winning the 2011 WC Final
  • When whole Australian Team checked on Virat after hit by a bouncer on helmet and suggested M.Johnson not to bowl bouncers anymore.(Because, the bouncers are not the same any more.)
  • Gayle bowing down to ABD after his fastest ODI century:
  • Dhoni helping out Faf du plessis:
  • Irfan Pathan consoling Pollard after WI loss:
  • Jonty Rhodes with Ground staff:

  • Guard of honours to legends:
Great umpires deserve this thing as well.
I have put an effort of 2 hours in compiling this answer with all the pictures I wanted to mention.
And answering questions in lengthy fashion doesn’t always mean getting upvotes/views, it’s all about passion, respect towards cricket.
